Legislator

The national legislator is responsible for establishing and implementing regulations governing nuclear activities. This role is carried out at both the European and national levels and involves various tools and bodies to address nuclear issues and challenges, such as:
– HCTISN: High council for transparency and information on nuclear safety;
– OPECST: Parliamentary office for scientific and technological assessment;
– Parliamentary committees;
– Advisory councils to public authorities from safety authorities.
