General public – Associations

Citizens, either individually or grouped as associations or trade unions, participate in discussions on nuclear.
They contribute to radioactivity measurements carried out in the environment, independently of industrial stakeholders. Public authorities organize information committee on a regular basis to discuss news relating to local industrial sites. The main strategic orientations, such as the construction of new reactors, are the subject of public engagement supervised by the CNDP, a national public debate commission.
